Women’s Health Breath Sequence

Do you suffer from anxiety?

Do you find you can hardly catch your breath?

Do you struggle with food cravings?

Are you dealing with gut issues?

Do you have a hormone imbalance?

Incorporating a regular deep breathing practice can help with all of the above!

For starters, anxiety and stress can impact hormones and the ability to lose weight.

In this video I provide information on how to utilize a breath technique to help combat this stress response so that you can reach your health goals and overcome unwanted symptoms!

A regular breath practice can help us connect with a deeper consciousness, quiet the monkey mind and ultimately improve health.

Don’t worry if you feel squirmy or your mind wanders. This is all normal and part of the process. Embrace the discomfort, it’s only for a few minutes! This breath sequence can also help you feel more mindful.

And after you complete the video, you’ll likely feel calmer, less reactive throughout your day and so much more! In this video, I walk you through a simple- equal breathing technique. Follow along and come back more than once! I’d love to breathe with you.
