Should I Eat Organic?

With the increase in food prices, you might be asking yourself now more than ever if organic foods really matter. After all, they can definitely be more expensive and it might have you thinking if spending that extra cash is even worth it.

Here at Women’s Nutrition Clinic, we believe that the food you eat can have a powerful impact on your health and well-being.

While I work hard to deliver sound and impactful nutrition education to my clients, I am also eager to get more education to the general public! Food quality is absolutely important. And there is definitely a difference between conventional and organic food products.

That’s why we’re passionate about organic foods and their benefits for hormone health.  I know that there is a lot of confusing information out there about organic foods and their labels.

There is even a term called “green washing.”  Companies may make false claims or advertise a product to appear more environmentally friendly as a way to better market the product. With that sort of sneaky approach to food sales, it only makes sense so many people are questioning if organic really matters.

So in this video, we’ll explore key differences between organic and non-organic foods, and their impact on your health (like your hormones, endocrine system and thyroid function!) But it’s not just about your health – choosing organic foods also has a positive impact on the environment.

Organic farming practices can reduce emissions and support local and small farms, creating a more sustainable food system and keeping our communities away from harmful pesticides.

Join us as we explore the many benefits of organic foods and why they’re a key component of a healthy, balanced diet (and a healthy planet, too!) Feeling empowered to take your health into your own hands?
