Are you starting your fertility journey but struggling with PCOS?

You are most definitely not alone and I think it is important to start here. As a Dietitian who specializes in PCOS, I work with women just like you and it was requested to talk about this topic. I know it can feel scary and lonely when you are on the PCOS and fertility journey all at one time.

And, I’ve been able to see women with PCOS have successful pregnancies! It is truly amazing what the body is capable of.

I am here to discuss how to navigate pregnancy with PCOS and share tips on why and how maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine helps with the journey.

With the right knowledge and care, women with PCOS can successfully go through pregnancy and deliver a healthy baby!  One of the most important aspects of managing PCOS during pregnancy is maintaining a healthy diet and exercise routine.

By regulating insulin levels through healthy eating habits and physical activity, women with PCOS can reduce the risk of complications and promote a healthy pregnancy.

In this video, I review some tips that can help you have a happy, healthy pregnancy.
