Must Know Information for PCOS: Part 1+2

Have you been recently diagnosed with PCOS?

Or maybe you’ve had it for a while, but feel like you haven’t made any progress with it.

PCOS can be so confusing. There is a lot of information that is constantly thrown at us. Why do women even have PCOS?

In many cases, we stop feeling in charge of our own body and fall victim to what others are doing or what we think we “should” do.

On this channel and in my private practice I am always an advocate for women with PCOS.

I believe it’s important that we are educated and from there, make the best decision for ourselves.

PCOS can put us at a higher risk for Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke and even non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Additionally, outside of PCOS impacting just our reproductive organs, PCOS can also affect other major organs and body systems such as our thyroid.

It is important to look at gut health as it plays a huge role in thyroid health, mood, estrogen metabolism, weight management and detoxification.

It is essential to address PCOS as soon as possible to mitigate the risk to your body down the road.

When we make decisions that support us in the long-term we don’t get sucked into a diet or trend mentality.

We can truly make change that sticks!

So, I have a two-part series for you on PCOS.

So exciting! I break down all things PCOS in two, easy to digest videos.

You’ll gain facts and insight on PCOS that you may have never heard before.

I hope you find this two-part series helpful.

Please forward to other women that may be confused about their PCOS diagnosis as well.
