Mental health is an important piece to total body wellness.

We often focus on the physical body. However, our mental and emotional states greatly impact the physical and vice versa.

Women with hormone imbalance or PCOS may also experience heightened amounts of anxiety or other mental health issues.

This may include poor body image, self esteem and more. In this video we have a special interview with a mental health expert. It can’t get better than that.

We don’t just discuss mental health but we normalize emotions and the fact that this truly is lifelong work.

We dive into thought patterns that I often hear in my practice such as self-sabotage of “I don’t trust myself” or “I blame myself.”

I help tired, burnt-out adults find energy and passion for life again.
I love working with men and women who are exhausted, not working on their self-care, and need help creating and maintaining boundaries.
They’re ready to do the work, but they just don’t know where to start.
I provide a safe space for clients to warm up and get out of their shells.
Using techniques like roleplaying, talk therapy, boundary-setting, and a healthy dose of humor throughout, we’ll work toward clear goals together in our 50-minute sessions.
