Managing Mental Health
Mental health is an important piece to total body wellness.
We often focus on the physical body. However, our mental and emotional states greatly impact the physical and vice versa.
Women with hormone imbalance or PCOS may also experience heightened amounts of anxiety or other mental health issues.
This may include poor body image, self esteem and more. In this video we have a special interview with a mental health expert. It can’t get better than that.
I love the tone of this interview and I think you will too.
We don’t just discuss mental health but we normalize emotions and the fact that this truly is lifelong work.
We dive into thought patterns that I often hear in my practice such as self-sabotage of “I don’t trust myself” or “I blame myself.”
The more we can accept that we have to show up on a regular basis for ourselves, the more we can truly heal! If you want to connect with Krystal, learn more below!
