Lazy or Exhausted: 5 Ways to Know

HINT: I don’t think you are a lazy person. Instead, let’s flip the script and realize this exhaustion is REAL and can have multiple root causes.
Many women with hormone imbalance or PCOS find themselves fatigued. Making this all the more legit and not someone being lazy. Hormone imbalance, among other root causes can be contributors.
There are many factors in our lives in this day and age that can contribute to low energy levels AKA exhaustion…
– vitamin d and iron deficiency
– imbalanced blood sugar
– daily environment

While identifying the root of the problem is always helpful, it is important to remember to give yourself some grace, too.
