Integrative Care for PCOS & Women’s Health

An Exciting Time for Women’s Health and PCOS

With a launch of a new website, my dreams are truly becoming reality. As a small girl, I begged my mom to assist at the local herbal shop.

Through my Italian roots, I used my intuition in using fresh escarole and broccoli rabe from my grandmother’s garden to make a healthy meal. I would find ways to create nutrient-rich dorm room food with friends and brought it upon myself to implement farm fresh meals to feed to student bodies.

What does this mean for you?

That I find deep purpose in helping women heal.

In addition, I use a very unique approach that has been proven over and over again to support women.

Integrative and Holistic Approaches to Healing

I am passionate about bringing the principles of wholesome eating, functional nutrition and mindful practices together to achieve whole body health. The power of whole foods and other lifestyle practices is truly amazing in promoting our bodies natural healing methods to kick in.Nutrition Counseling and Coaching

Integrative Practices

I utilize integrative and functional approaches when helping clients. We work towards identifying and treating the root imbalance, not just the symptom. I understand the ability of food and lifestyle changes to help bring the body into balance.

In addition,I look at something like PCOS as a total body syndrome. It’s not just a reproductive syndrome or just an endocrine syndrome.

Your emotions, gut health, thyroid health, etc. all play a huge role in something like this.

In addition, how you spend your time, how your relationships are, if you’re stressed, if you’re sleeping or even going outside.

What I am trying to say is that integrative practices are key in finding balance as females. We are beautiful and complex. So why wouldn’t we address our health from all angles?

It’s not just one size fits all and it’s just not one shift.

As a health care provider, it’s important that I meet you where you are. When utilizing integrative approaches, I embrace you as an individual. Your individual biology is different than mine and other women I work with.

I will guide you through a specific plan of action to achieve your goals around long term health or managing PCOS.

I work with clients through education, counseling and coaching.
