Best PCOS Workout
Are you struggling to find the right workout for PCOS?
There is a lot of conflicting information out there when it comes to working out with PCOS.
Or maybe you are struggling to even find the motivation to move your body.
When I was struggling with PCOS, I was so confused when it came to fitness. I was all over the place. At one point I was doing high intensity training every single day! Because I thought I had to do this. It took a long time for me to learn and figure out what was right.
And clinically, I have seen all types of exercise and how it has impacted clients health.
Did you know that more is not necessarily better?
In fact, exercise is stress to the body. So this means if we push ourselves too much, it is going to stress out our systems even more. The exact last thing we want to do if we have PCOS!
