The new year is always a great time to pick some health goals to focus on! As women, we are often pulled in many directions and are bombarded with unreliable sources about fad diets and other poor eating habits.

The new year can feel like a fresh start. And as I am writing this, we are heading into spring time.
It isn’t totally uncommon to start losing hope or becoming inconsistent a few months into the year. The excitement has worn off and life starts to get in the way.
That is why, as a registered dietitian and women’s health / PCOS specialist, I have made a list of three important and effective strategies that will help you achieve those health goals for this year!
