Welcome to the Women’s Nutrition Clinic
I’m Eleni Ottalagana
I bet you and I have a lot in common. We both live in a fast-paced world with competing voices telling us how to live, and we don’t always know what is true. I also know that, as women, we often wait too long before we attend to our own needs. Most importantly, I lived with autoimmunity and polycystic ovarian syndrome for years, so I know your struggles.
Through my own journey and my training as a Registered Dietitian, I learned that the body has an innate ability to heal, so I dedicated my life to helping women resolve the impact of PCOS through conscious connection with ourselves, our food and planet.
